Here’s some stuff I’ve either found or written that I think is very useful to me. Feel free to copy & distribute!
I was asked by a friend to write a general practise routine to increase stamina with a bit of range work. What I’ve come up with is a bit of an amalgam of Geoff Winstead’s take on Cat Andersons book & some of my own thoughts.
